Maureen Sullivan, based in New York, has worked nationally and internationally with artists and art organizations providing strategic planning, marketing, communications, limited edition and event production for over 20 years. In June 2008, she began her own consultancy, Red Art Projects, to bring her experience to work directly with artists, galleries, and organizations on a variety of groundbreaking new projects. She also curates independent exhibitions and projects.

She previously served four years as Marketing and Communication Director at Creative Time and five years at The New Museum of Contemporary Art. Additional consulting projects have included the Sculpture Center, NY; Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, SF; La Coleccion Jumex, Mexico City; and more.

Maureen has promoted major projects with artists including Doug Aitken, David Byrne, Paul Chan, John Gerrard, Cai Guo-Qiang, Jenny Holzer, Jim Hodges, Marilyn Manson, Marilyn Minter, Mike Nelson, Ugo Rondinone, Eve Sussman, Gelatin, Steve Powers, and hundreds of other artists.
